Frequently asked questions

How many colours can a namegrad have?+

Up to 15. xat shows them in reverse order and re-adds the first one at the end to close the cycle; the generator takes that into account.

What do r, f and o mean in the code?+

r is the rotation in degrees, f the wave speed (f1 = 1 s, f3 = 2 s, f4 = 4 s) and o the number of gradient repeats (o2, o3). Without Namewave the rotation can go from 0 to 360.

How do I put a flag in my nick?+

With the Nameflag power: choose the country, optionally a colour and a glow, and copy the (flag#…) code. Paste it into your name on xat.
