Namewave: animated wave for your nick

Namewave is the epic power that animates your Namegrad: the gradient slides across the name like a wave. It turns on just by owning the power; #o1, #o2 and #o3 change the motion and #f1, #f3 and #f4 the speed (1, 2 and 4 seconds per cycle). With the wave, xat caps the rotation at ±45° and repeats the gradient, which is why the same code looks different with and without Namewave. This generator replicates that behaviour: enable "Namewave", pick colours and speed and copy the code. Use #o0 to keep the nick static without disabling the power.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between #o1, #o2 and #o3?+

They change the amplitude and pace of the wave: o1 is the normal motion, o2 slightly faster and o3 much faster with a wider gradient (220%). With none of them xat uses the default wave.

And #f1, #f3 and #f4?+

They set the cycle length: f1 = 1 s, f3 = 2 s and f4 = 4 s (the default speed). f2 does not exist: xat ignores it.

Why does my r90 angle look like r45?+

With Namewave on, xat clamps the rotation to ±45° so the wave can move. The simulator warns about it and shows the real result.

Which powers do I need?+

Namewave needs Namegrad, Namecolor and Nameglow. The hats (hat#hN and hat#hW) come with the power.
