Borderless image

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a photo square without cropping?+

Choose “Blur” or “Colour” mode: the whole photo is placed in the centre and the rest of the square is filled with a blurred background or the colour you pick.

What size for Instagram?+

1080×1080 px is the standard size for square posts. You can type any other size.

What if I want to remove the white border?+

Use the “Borderless image” tab: it squares the image with a white border and at the same time generates the version with that border removed (transparent), with two download buttons.
